Collectief Superperformance, 2024

I have been working for several years with a number of characters that I occasionally use in performances. Each character has its own suitcase containing the ‘costumes’ and props. They are derivatives of myself, but also vulnerable, playful, and hopefully humorous references to different versions of the desperate performer or artist longing for an audience. These are various roles I can adopt within the larger theatre of my practice. It is an ongoing search for who I am, could have been, or might become.
